This attire reminds me of the sound of “Umbulan”, the name of a natural spring very close to Surabaya city of Indonesia. Naturally, it is totally different from ambulance, but something more fresh and alive.

Umbulan was the headspring of Surabaya city in early Dutch colonial days, though the water service was provided only for limited people.
